The main requirements are as follows:

- Funding from £1,000,000 (with no maximum);
- The site is well located;
- The accommodation proposed is readily saleable at the anticipated price;
- All relevant permissions are or will soon be available;
- The proposed demonstrates an adequate return.

To proceed, please forward a one page synopsis of the deal to our office. If it looks fundable, we will pass it to an appropriate lender, who will set up a meeting with you without delay.

We do not charge fee unless we are successful which can very often be offset by the value added, so if we do not believe we can help, we will let you know.
